手元のクライアントとかで発言をWebページで開くとかしても /mstdn/@Clworld/～ がちゃんと開いてくれると思います
MastodonというかActivityPubクライアントちゃんと賢くて、ちゃんと /mstdn/inbox にPOSTして来てくれます
https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/5089 を見た後試しに作って "I don't want to maintain this." とかいいつつ2.0.0対応です
